Comment: Well, I bought one of your Yellow Jacket and Wasp Traps and set it up per instructions. Absolutely nothing happened for the first week, I was not a happy camper and thought it wasn’t worth the shipping to send it back.

On the eighth day I went out to get it to throw it in the trash and HOLY COW the thing was full of yellow jackets!! After another day it was so full you couldn’t see the liquid in the bottom for the bees. It needed to be cleaned out, but still had many of those stinging little suckers that were still alive so I didn’t really want to handle it. I put it on the front porch in the sun and two hours there was zero sign of life. Safe to clean out and replace the liquid , I used of all things two tablespoons of sugar free syrup and a cup of water, it worked great!!

I am alergic to bee stings and this is just a great product and will buy more and advise my friends to do the same. The real key here is patience, give them something sweet and they will come, eventually.

Consumer Suggestion on releasing rodents from Glue Traps

On the packaging of the Mouse/Rat/Pest Glue Boards, it states among
the cautions that the “glue can be removed from hands & fabrics with
alcohol, turpentine or paint thinner”, but there is no where in the
cautions or instructions stating that an animal can be easily removed
with vegetable oil, yet they can be. I’ve heard many stories of people
getting these glue boards and once the rodent is caught, they don’t
know what to do. . Can you please start including in your instructions that an animal can be
released from the glue by drizzling vegetable oil under their bodies.

Liquid Ant Killer

: I have used PIC Liquid Ant Bait Killer for the first time. It is a fantastic product, within a week all ants disappered. I found a few dead ants on the floor of the shed where they had been seen. I also had them in the house as well. My question is can I expect them to return this year or next and will the bait killer keep working or will they “grow” immune to it? Thanks for a great product that works.

I had to take a moment to e-mail your company to let you know how much our family appreciates your products! I was absolutely disappointed in my local Walgreens Store for deciding to no longer carry Pic Mosquito Repellent Coils.Everyone we know uses them!! Can’t live on the Islands without them, we keep them on the boats, by the pool, on the porch, we survive on them here in the Florida Keys!!
